Last night's duty was one of my busiest duties ever. We had numerous patients to attend to and each of them have their own complains. It's really hard working on patients with cardiac diseases because they'll report chest pain or dyspnea. And one thing more be sure that soemone is with them when defecating because they might go valsalva which is a no, no in our set up.
